Challenge homogeneity in science, education, and research spaces by promoting diverse voices and contributions.
Create programs that are culturally responsive and address the unique challenges faced by different communities in accessing scientific education and resources.
Ensure our media, events, and outreach reflect the diversity of the communities we serve, avoiding tokenization and performative representation.
